What is the difference between MET and MEDT?
MET stands for Marthas Energy Training. It is a type of workout developed by Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts that focuses on training all muscle groups.
MEDT stands for Marthas Energy Dance Training. It is a workout combined with dance. This training method is also developed by us, and in addition to training all muscle groups, it focuses on coordination and learning short choreographies.
MET/MEDT lessons for adults and young adults ONLINE
At Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts, you can also take MET/MEDT lessons online as a part of the Marthas Online programme! Each energy training lesson approaches a different aspect (ballet, athletics or dance). You can follow this programme for only 25 euro a month!
